... well, you could say I lost my temper once, and played right into the hands of some people who would benefit from my downfall. But the actions and rudeness were still my own, so I suppose some of the scorn is deserved.

So maybe that's why I try not to lose my temper anymore, and only aim my anger at those who earn it properly.
