Oh, I see... Then we can separate that into two in order to make it a little simpler. You can generate fire at the cost of 6 - which I'll knock down to 4, but an upgrade to that so you can control it would be another 6. The immunity would be separate, which is about 10 or so base price that I can haggle down for.
