It'd be an item that can only be used once - but you should be able to purchase it again once you've exhausted this one. For one fingerprinting kit, you should be able to print one item and then pull ten individual fingerprints. The base price is 7, and since we're working together and I don't see a reason why not, I can discount it down to 5.
