No, you're right to ask me - but I don't have a satisfactory answer. I know that we were on lockdown and it may be that it was a maintenance failure that caused the dorms to lock but... I'm not familiar with anything that could get people to move not of their own volition.
That is a rather extensive list.... I believe anything that could be 'magical' in nature would be six Vouchers base price. From there we'd have to negotiate.
It is. I've received many emails today to that extent. Which is reassuring - but at the same time, I am unhappy that so many feel it thrust upon their shoulders to act. I can only consider it a blessing that the more eyes looking, the higher chances of success.
