2. You receive them as a reward for various tasks. You can exchange them with any Dorm Head for whatever you ask for, within reasonable limits. The bigger the request, the more vouchers it'll require.

2. No limit that I know of. If you mean Dorm Wars points, those come from a) task completion, b) the number of dorm residents, and c) how many vouchers were exchanged with the Dorm Head.

3. What kind of conspiracy theory are you coming up with that you'd ask this? There's no reason for anyone to be in danger for not winning the Dorm Wars.

3. I'm not going to say people are safe no matter what. You could fall down the stairs, an epidemic could break out, a drunken fight could get out of hand, etc. There's always danger in the world. However, there are no consequence for losing the Dorm Wars.

Also, to clarify something I said before, since I just realized the wording made it unclear: when I said you get vouchers by doing various tasks, it was meant in a general sense. Not referring to the task board.

Basic methods would be completing a task board assignment, reaching out to your Dorm Head, completing your extra credit assignment, and participating in extracurriculars that might come up during the week.
There are hidden means of getting vouchers as well, but you're expected to figure them out for yourself. We can't tell you.
