i'm trying to put together the information we have
buy documents from riku, whatever
but the root cause right now is just "jilted producers with a cancelled tv show" and that doesn't sound right
i want to find the root cause
i just also want to know if those people will also be okay when we do find it, especially since people can apparently be punished for us interfering too much

Do you know what both groups received on Thursday? I've only seen one so far.
It may help if things proceed as a group. It was likely a simple enough matter to punish Otome for a transgression, but I doubt they can easily do the same for all of us at once. Not because anything stops them physically, but because it probably doesn't serve any purpose for all of us to be dead.

a group would be best but i don't know how to make people trust each other enough to do that

maybe if she or the others told us one at a time and we started sharing into that way, or shoving papers in lockers like other people are doing, that would work?

I saw Maya's.
That'd only work if we were positive that this happened because she told too many at once. In the case that it was because the world hadn't even been aware of her motivations until then, then I suspect that having the info spread like that would still incite a similar response.

but the punishment for saying something surprised her too
...if you have any idea on how to make the world stop listening in and be sentient, i'm open to them

I don't have any.
So, I would say that the solution isn't to test anything out, but to decide when we're confident that we have what we need to win and have resolved ourselves to face any consequences that may occur.

It might be best not to limit yourself to major assumptions like that just yet.
As soon as you decide that something can only be done by someone else, you close your eyes to other possibilities.

just that they woke up on thursday and felt like they had to kill sieghart specifically in order to fix this world

i think it feels a little familiar
there are some entities that want to try to protect their worlds and will do anything for the sake of "harmony"
i don't know why we're here. i'm still trying to understand that
but i'm also trying to decide if we were brought here to combat something else in this world or what

Everyone wants to protect something. It's just a matter of what that is, and what it conflicts with.

well for one thing some of the field trips people have gone on are based on memories of people here
one group went to ichiro's world
another went to beau caleb and molly's
and we went to riku's
it wouldn't be that surprising if it was something like that

You can look into it regardless of it's a pattern or not, but I probably wouldn't consider it the likely scenario until it happens the majority of the time.

the only thing that happens the majority of the time is people leaving in the first place. it's every week now, sometimes multiple groups, and always on thursdays

like this place is testing to see how well we'd be able to integrate

It's also worth considering that not everything is necessarily caused by the same source.

which goes back to the theory that whatever's causing this is a combination of all of our worlds, our memories, and our enemies
...i think the best thing i can do right now is find a way to ask people like otome-san what they know about this world and why it's so dangerous
right?
