[good. if he can at least make riku feel a little more at ease then...he's doing what he wanted to do in the first place. taichi's not always great at talking to people and understanding how they feel about things, but he is good at distractions and getting to the point of things.

...I agree with you, even if I'm not sure how many people would agree, too. It shouldn't have to come to a choice like this but I think most people would prefer being saved than being killed by an entity that might be lurking around and possessing people and representing this world.

So what, we keep playing along and tricking it into thinking we're not on to it? The only problem with that is that it might mean we miss something else entirely, too.

So how do we find a balance? That's the question I keep coming back to.
