...I agree with you, even if I'm not sure how many people would agree, too. It shouldn't have to come to a choice like this but I think most people would prefer being saved than being killed by an entity that might be lurking around and possessing people and representing this world.

So what, we keep playing along and tricking it into thinking we're not on to it? The only problem with that is that it might mean we miss something else entirely, too.
So how do we find a balance? That's the question I keep coming back to.
I feel like we've been looking and we're just not seeing things right. That's why I asked about my goggles a while ago. I was hoping I could see anything hidden that we weren't able to notice on our own. Even if it's not digital distortions, maybe something like...hidden messages in the documents, hints at the buildings under construction, anything that might give us direction.
Right now it feels like we're going in too many without a real path.
