Did you receive full reports on how many of each type of coupon there were? Perhaps if there is a pattern, you would be able to determine whether or not there would be an additional coupon for just one type of category. Dorm Heads don't distribute them, but I believe that one is simple enough to check.
As for buying additional items or powers - the general receipt gives all exchanges made from Thursday on, but it also includes any outlying purchases that happened at any given point in time that may have to do with murder. From what I recall, many people volunteered information about which purchase they made - but you're right that they may have lied. I cannot personally confirm or deny any of their assertions, but there was one purchase in particular that stood out, correct?
If you ask me for quotes on what a mind control power would be - perhaps that math will help you in determining more of what you need.
