[The third floor is actually a studio room, sectioned into a mini kitchen, a common area with a half wall for a bed, and a bathroom. The room itself follows the same architectural pattern the student dorms do, done in the same colors of Fall Dorm.
Luke looks up from a simple desk and chair on one side of the common area. A laptop are opened in front of him. Above the desk behind him is a dual dry-erase and corkboard. There are several pictures pinned to the corkboard. One is of a very young, silver-haired boy squatting beside two other children: a brown-haired boy holding up the peace sign, and a red-haired girl smiling happily on a beach. There's a picture of Fall Dorm posing with a cardboard cut out of Claude. There's a picture of the decorated Christmas tree. There's a picture of Sally, Viola, Chad, and him at the Formal. He's sitting on Chad's lap while the other two pincer him in from both sides. Chad looks exasperated. And now there is also a vibrant anime night poster, an airplane with two dogs drawn on the wings, and a drawing of the two boys from the first photo watching the dawn rise.
Beside the desk in the corner is a baseball equipment bag with a varsity jacket thrown over it.]
[He just watches her look around his room like an apex predator.

Sora and Kairi. The photo isn't real, but... they are. That's what they looked like when we were kids. Well, I guess. Kairi came later when Sora and I were older.

His gaze drops down to the envelope she thunks onto his desk. He glances between it and her, confused uncertainty bubbling up out of him. Carefully, he reaches out to open the envelope and take out what's inside.
There's genuine surprise, and then something softer, and then some flustering. One by one, he slowly flips through the photos.]
He glances back down at the photos, looking over them for a long moment.]

[After a minute or two, he picks out one. He reaches up to put it on the cork board with the other things he has collected. Him in the stupid mascot uniform, and Manwol beside him.]
here riku, have some genuine surprise from Manwol -- because for all she's seen of Riku so far, she still hadn't expected this for some reason. Even though he had told her she was part of his dorm back the night before her supposed expulsion. Even though he had been kind to her.
now she's surprised, confused, AND touched. riku can sense all of that im crying]

[riku's black and red costume really suits her lip color... she'd say, but he can probably tell that she's just saying that because she's embarrassed now. help.]

He doesn't bother trying to look at her, so she's free to not give herself away. Then again, he can feel the embarrassment, and that's enough understanding for him right now. He doesn't have to look.
