And two personal powers of mine. They might come in handy if we have another - well, murder. Either to prevent it or to solve it.
I believe that the Base Price for that is 5 vouchers... but depending on what you use it for, I can be convinced to make it cheaper.

Well, I'm a programmer by trade, but also a hacker. Some of the programs I've written on my personal phone are specifically for cracking security. I don't think the use would necessarily be above board, although if one of the lines on the adaptor allowed me to hook up to the Wiwaldi ones I could help us in unlocking peoples' phones during trial instead of us haplessly trying to guess the passcodes, like we failed to do with Hiyori and Wangji.

With the understanding that everything can have 2 Vouchers added and subtracted - I don't believe that I have clearance to give you a cord that'll adjust our phones. But I do think people ought to be sharing their passcodes with one another in case of emergency.

As for your rewrite... it may depend on the extent of the clue you're seeking to leave - but that would also be at 8 Vouchers at base price to be able to do anything at all. I can perhaps give a discount for that as well, depending.
