I understand you're not very open to idle small talk, but if you're overseeing this dorm, there are things I would still like to know about you as a leader and... well, by extension, about you as a person.

I'll admit I'm curious just what made you take this job, considering how much you're likely to have to deal with your assigned students.

In your capacity as dorm head, just what do you consider the extent of your responsibilities to be?

Maintaining the dorm, assisting with any requests that the residents might have, looking after their well-being, and facilitating the Dorm Wars.

Do you participate directly at all, or are you only a facilitator?

Dorm Heads can't directly do anything to earn points, if that's what you mean.
