If we price the two things — the sword, and then the ability — separately: Assuming this magic sword can also be used as a normal sword, base price of 7. If it's actually as soft as gold, the price would be lower. Granting it the spell would be another 8 vouchers as base price. I assume you can do the math for discounts yourself.
