So, our little, uh, Fall Dorm group. They are a strange group of people. They stole all of the toilet seats from Spring Dorm for essentially no reason. I am not pro toilet seat removal, but. . . I like people who do things just because they are funny even when others might say it's the time to be serious. It's nice.
[It is half the reason he is marginally less of a sad sack than he used to be.]
. . . Anyway. They keep saying, uhm, let's leave Summer Dorm out of our plans for more silly pranks, because they've lost a lot of people, we don't want to hurt them. This is a little wrong-headed to me, maybe?
I feel like I shouldn't be saying this since I actually hate when people mess up my things, and if anyone touches even one toilet seat I will dunk their head into one.
[ sally is so particular about her things!!!
... and then she sighs. ]
I think it's sweet. I do, and I understand the sentiment. But Summer Dorm is just so... quiet. It's a little maddening, honestly. And I know no one would pull a prank that's actually cruel. So I don't think it's a bad idea. To include them. It can be fun.

. . . Byleth doesn't say much, but she's easy to talk to.

I should have brought tea...

What about you? Things you like in particular?

[This is peak Caleb as a dire conversationalist.]

That's! Very fun. Wow. You must be a great student.
Were you one back home too?
no subject
[Yeah, sorry.]
It isn't so bad, aside from the, uhm, murder. The classes are very odd.

[ murder bad. she clears her throat. ]
A lot of the more typical ones are full. Busy semesters, I guess. That one about loving yourself seems neat.

Oh no.

[Sitting there, awkward.]
It's fine. I have enjoyed many other classes.

Well, that's good then! Are you getting along with everyone else here? I know you're friends with Beau and Mollymauk.
no subject
. . . Yes, those two are close friends of mine, but there are many people here I like.
[. . .]
Actually, I had a question for you about this.

[No more toilet heists.]
. . . But ja, this is what I was thinking. Nothing bad, when things are difficult, to be teased a little.

[ she knows a bunch of people would just go and do things out of spite. ]
