I don't know the details. Just that there was an incident far in the school's history that led to the creation of those traditions. They haven't been relevant for the entire time I've been here, until now.

Falling isn't necessarily proof of death.

I don't know all the details of expulsion process. However, I don't have any reason to think she died over her being expelled.

You could try asking him if you see him again, but I don't know how much you'd learn. Everyone has skeletons in their closet that they put away for a reason, institutes included.
