I know its normal to worry about your friends but I want people to feel better

But I've been told that I help more than I think -
So I want to offer you that same advice. That may since it's embarrassing to be worried over, we focus on those moments more.
But you may not realize all the little ways your words and actions may save people.
Or give them a reason to smile that day, even when everything else is bad.
I know that's how you make me feel.
