Yes to both questions.

It enables me to read minds and take control of them. If I have to sacrifice that ability for now, fine, but I want to ensure the Rod's safety if nothing else.

Before you ask, the weapon is a concealed dagger. The blade is hidden inside of the Rod's shaft. It's a few centimeters long, used for ceremonial purposes.

The base price without the special properties would be 6 vouchers. I can lower it to 5, on the however naive basis that you never use that blade without a good reason.

Is that so? You so graciously granted my first request to get my Millennium Item back, despite the risk... And I haven't used it, per your request. I can't change your feelings, but I do think it's quite unfair that there are people who can, say, look at memories... And that other entity that is clearly controlling people each week... And you won't even meet me half way.

I was in a precarious situation with some people who didn't like me very much. I'm not a very confrontational person... So I used it to keep those people from getting closer to me.

I was hoping I could regain the ability to summon my patron god monster for one time, under one specific condition.

I understand that summoning a god is a big request, but with conditions I thought that could be more agreeable.

It shouldn't be an impossible request. I can't promise it'll be cheap, though.

I'd like to be able to summon The Winged Dragon of Ra if we meet the entity of this world that is responsible for everything. God vs. God seems like a fair fight, yes? But that is the only time I'll use it. I already have the card and the prayer needed to summon Ra under normal conditions, had I not had all of my abilities taken from me. I just need the means to do so.

I think they have a motorcycle in reserve for the upcoming extracurricular. I don't know if they plan on putting it in the showroom, though you can probably ask the judge involved once the extracurricular starts.
