Good day. They say that idle hands are the devil's playthings, don't they? So if you'd be kind enough to entertain me, please gather at the "Bakery" at dusk.

No one is in the halls as the two of them creep to the "Bakery".

Before they knock, the door will open before their knuckles so much as touch against the surface of the door. The room is filled with the comforting and warm aroma of assorted baked goods, along with the occasional stray scent of something that doesn't belong - is that hot sauce? A table has been set off to the side, topped off with an elegant tablecloth and a vase full of fresh flowers that certainly aren't there during business hours. The table is set for teatime with a kettle full of perfectly steeped tea, dainty containers of sugar and milk, and a small tower filled with sweets this week. A lot of them look handmade!

In addition, there appears to be a few items handwritten on fine stationary in curling calligraphy, though it appears a bit shaky in sections. For your use, there also appears to be a pen, a highlighter, and a small pad of sticky notes.

» Members of the Honor Society have the following responsibilities: conduct searches for killers, assist others in completing their Extra Credit Assignments, and encouraging the exchange of vouchers for goods and services on campus.

» Each week, the Honor Society must agree upon one person to conduct a search on. They will be able to know if this person has killed, if they possess an additional role, and receive a list of every person they have conversed with over the past week.

» Members of the Honor Society will be expected to report upon their progress of assisting others with Extra Credit. If Members of the Honor Society have successfully assisted others, they will be able to receive one voucher themselves as well as additional information gleaned by the Society Director.

» Of course, the greatest organizations are meant to grow and evolve. Some weeks, you will be able to select provide a list of three to four additional candidates of who you would like to invite to join the Honor Society. Viola will approve one person's membership, limitations and growth pending.

» Outside of the Honor Society, you may not express your membership to anyone. Each week, one person outside of the Honor Society may be made aware of its existence and its membership. You must all agree on this person before telling them. However should that number be broken, grave consequences will follow.

... [ he doesn't lift his head up, but does raise his hand, counting. ] We wait to see what happens this week - whether she kills someone, or someone goes after her.

We approach her with the intent of trying to see if she'll just - go quietly. Poison, maybe. If she doesn't, backup plan to blind her with Rita's coupon to incapacitate and then kill her, hopefully with as little evidence of us possible. We can buy fake evidence and steal things from the dorms and campus if we have to.

We find some way to get Beau's help, and Beau's alone, with one of us involved so as not to let her bring Caleb in until we get the report on Lux. We'd have it before lockdown, but we're going to need to formulate this plan in advance - so this is the risky option.

That third option might be our best bet right now.

If the report on Lux comes back guilty, Beau won't have to lie to Caleb - we can pick him, to tell him about this stupid club. He's smart, he's resourceful, he's obviously efficient during trials in making sure nothing goes missed. It wouldn't hurt to have him on our side.

But that's only if Lux is the one.

... I do think it's her, between the both of them. She's been defensive of Byleth and kept saying she was certain she wouldn't act again because she trusts her, but wouldn't give me anything else. Lux... isn't the kind to trust that easily.

And you'd know - you were on the field trip with her. [ yeah, that lets you get to know somebody real fast. ]

... if we can agree on it, we can go that route.

If we go with Denji's coupon, which I still think is worth a shot, she'll be blinded regardless of which option we go with.

... I'm also just going to say that I don't like the idea of poison. [rita's not a COWARD.] ... Dropping evidence from all four dorms could be a good way to confuse people, waste time.

I don't know how I feel about getting Beauregard directly involved. Feels like asking her to fight our battles for us.

Pretty sure Denji could be convinced easily to do it. Either one of us could talk to him for it.

Not that I'm thrilled at the idea of asking one of my closest friends to help us kill somebody, despite the fact that her going after a murderer and taking them out is part of her job in Exandria, but even with two arms I can't fight somebody that did all that damage to the stage. To Crow. And if you use your spells too much, that might put you on the chopping block if we aren't careful.

We have to use some underhanded means and the allies and resources we have available to us if we want to do this. [ it's not about being a coward or asking someone else to fight their battles, it's using what they've got. ]

I do have enough vouchers for a third spell. If I got grilled on my magic again, I could just choose to reveal the spells I didn't use. I'm not eager to go or anything, but it's an option.

... I'm the one who proposed the idea first, so I'm not thrilled about any of you three going instead, but...

[ he looks at the list of suspects he wrote yesterday, jaw clenched ]

Lux, Taichi, Caleb and I were the short list for Byleth's partner.

[ this is said in the most reluctant tone, btw, because despite his eye and his lack of combat experience of course he wants to take responsibility? ]

Then you need not take any chances. We cannot afford for you to show up on any more suspect lists.

[ his jaw works a few times because he is in the sacrifice dorm for a Reason, but he just TSKS loudly and gives up. ]

... I've got fifteen vouchers. I can at least help that way.

I've got 6, which is how many I need to get my arm going again. I might go for it no matter who heads out, just in case, since it's better safe than sorry.
