In the common room, the walls have been painted with photo-like pictures of forests and lakes, and spread across the ceiling is a depiction of the night sky. One wall is lined with bookcases, the books ranging from fiction to non-fiction as well used course textbooks. More bookcases have been used to section off one corner for a study area, with a desk and chair provided.

Elsewhere, there are a few couches (one looks as though it doesn't quite belong) and chairs, most seated around a coffee table and with throw blankets tossed over them if you need the extra warmth. On the table is a bowl of healthy and semi-healthy snacks, regularly stocked. (Nearby is a garbage can.)

This week, there's something.

Past an entrance in the common room, a mini coffeehouse has been set up, with express machines for those who just want their coffee now and slightly more advanced equipment for aficionados. It offers a variety of strength levels and flavors to accommodate tastes all across the spectrum, along with a teapot and packets of caffeinated and non-caffeinated tea for those who prefer a different drink. There's a sink if you want to use your own mug, but otherwise, disposable cups are provided for you to use.

Pasted on the wall by the coffee machines is a detailed but clear handwritten guide on how to use said machines, complete with illustrations. There are also cute little doodles of Spring Dorm residents using the machines and drinking coffee, though they look as though they were done by someone else.

ANYWAY! He did indeed save some doses from the blister pack that was largely donated to Malik, so he'll reach to pull those from their safely tucked away place in his kimono and hand them over. Give him a second while he goes to fetch her some water--]

Will that be enough for the night, do you think? We might have some baby aspirin, but it doesn't work as well.

the anxiety gets a little worse while he's gone but this is fine,

anyway, she's just taking a couple once she has the water.]

[He will do just that then, carefully sitting next to her while trying not to cause the couch to move too much. Yall with your damn injuries making his broken legs look like a walk in the park, hello.]

anyway they're just going to vibe here until it's been about... ten minutes or so since the most recent mood came on.

and then it's going to get worse for anyone in close enough proximity because, well, have you ever just been suddenly slapped in the face with literally all your memories and just experienced that all at once?

there are a lot of feelings happening in rapid succession, here, it's going to be hard to pick anything out, but it will probably be a wild experience.]

ANYWAY HE HAS NO IDEA HE'S JUST VIBING IN DISTRESS OVER HERE. He just mouths something like did you feel that so as not to further startle Lucretia who's really going through it.]

[ Claude is also DISTRESSED and confused but he's hoping that Sakyou will handle it. ]

[boy, her voice is rough. she should probably keep not talking; she sounds shaken, though, and this time there's no confusion in her emotions. that seems to be gone.

she is still kind of going through it at the moment though, it's hard to answer when she can't speak as easily.]

[WELL. He's not about to demand answers from a person who's clearly still going through it, even if this is a terrible sweaty situation to be in because he doesn't otherwise know if he can do anything to help her...

For now, he'll just cautiously ease himself back onto the seat, holding his hands up a little. The confusion is gone, so that's good! Bad about everything else, though!]

hugo's going to walk over and tightly grip her hand to see if that'll help jolt her out of whatever the fuck is happening to her and her emotions]

[hugo might have a little experience with this one, huh,

she holds his hand right back, though, and it does feel like it helps a little-- it's something stable, and while she still looks (and feels) kind of fucked up about this, her emotions do start to settle somewhat.]

trying to beat her up seemed like a bad idea so this was the next resort. but he'll continue gripping her hand, to help her emotions calm.]

[thanks for not trying to beat her up while she's already injured she really appreciates it.

they do calm a little more, slowly, resolving into something that still feels pretty unsettled. there's a frustration bordering on anger there, too.]
