It very well could have continued on, too, for the great dreadwrym Nidhogg was hellsbent on making the people suffer for as long as he lived. Fortunately, however, the war had managed to come to an end, and the rift 'twixt man and dragon has been mended. 'Tis not perfect, of course, but now we are able to aid each other rather than be the cause of much turmoil.
