In the common room, the walls have been painted with photo-like pictures of forests and lakes, and spread across the ceiling is a depiction of the night sky. One wall is lined with bookcases, the books ranging from fiction to non-fiction as well used course textbooks. More bookcases have been used to section off one corner for a study area, with a desk and chair provided.

Elsewhere, there are a few couches (one looks as though it doesn't quite belong) and chairs, most seated around a coffee table and with throw blankets tossed over them if you need the extra warmth. On the table is a bowl of healthy and semi-healthy snacks, regularly stocked. (Nearby is a garbage can.)

This week, there's something.

Past an entrance in the common room, a mini coffeehouse has been set up, with express machines for those who just want their coffee now and slightly more advanced equipment for aficionados. It offers a variety of strength levels and flavors to accommodate tastes all across the spectrum, along with a teapot and packets of caffeinated and non-caffeinated tea for those who prefer a different drink. There's a sink if you want to use your own mug, but otherwise, disposable cups are provided for you to use.

Pasted on the wall by the coffee machines is a detailed but clear handwritten guide on how to use said machines, complete with illustrations. There are also cute little doodles of Spring Dorm residents using the machines and drinking coffee, though they look as though they were done by someone else.

[More alcohol is available, since that seems to be a relatively popular option? There are also origami supplies. Mainly for Maya, who seems to be the primary craftsman.

And a bunch of stress balls? Look, Hugo doesn't know how normal people deal with stress.]

SIEGHART'S BOX

• A tarot card, unfinished. Each half of the card depicts one half of Sieghart's sword, split apart. The portion where the names of each side seem blank but (Mentor?) is written very lightly in pencil along one half.
• A portrait of all of the original Spring Dorm, Chad and Sieghart and Taichi all included, hanging out in the common room. Everyone is either smiling or laughing, excluding Chad, but he's drawn in a way where you could maybe assume there is a little quirk of his mouth there. Something is written on the back, if you look.
• A selection of white and blue wildflowers from the flower field plus dill and mint from the greenhouse, all bound together with twine.]

MOLLY'S BOX

So. Either Claude or myself will be speaking with one of the dead, this week, but we thought it would be best to discuss that first. If there's anything specific you think we need to be asking, then-- well, some questions will be pretty obvious, I guess, but we don't want to overlook anything if we can help it. We're taking suggestions.

...and if you have any messages you want passed on, then-- I don't know if we can pass along anything physical, but write it down and let's find out. We have to prioritize anything that we can find out about what they know, so I can't promise we'd have time to share them all verbally, but we'll... we'll try.

I have nothing to pass along and I can't think of anything beyond the obvious to ask them... Perhaps see if they know more about the Dean's list or the sleeping people? Dimitri-dono mentioned that Iris said we should count those among the information we should be looking at, but I personally have heard no theories regarding either.

[now that i know no other springles have been harmed-- Sakyou is here!! Sitting on the couch, just hanging out, as one does. He can be found in two flavors up til about halfway through the curfew time.

1) Cheeseburger Sasuke. He's very morose and WILL make you listen to what a bad person he is. He will very adamantly refuse checkups or any sort of kindness because he's a criminal?? He deserves nothing??

2) Drunk Sakyou. This is happening even when he's in cheeseburger mode honestly, but he's not a sad drunk by nature, so he's just sort of vibing and will probably end up being more tactile than usual. Unlike cheeseburger mode, this curse is set to last longer. God bless.

As for Tsuyukusa's question, since he's caught him in a lucid moment:] If you don't mind, tea sounds nice.

Whatever dorms we're in, we're all on the same team. We're gonna get through this. Take care of yourselves.
