However, he then met Sakyou Sagihara and fell in love. As a result, he broke off his engagement with the woman. Still, he owes the family the dowry he agreed to, and so he must now find a way to earn money and pay what he promised. Sakyou, in his undying love for Mollymauk, has agreed to help pay off this debt.

Unfortunately, Mollymauk has also incurred a large tab from the taverns he's been drinking at. Luckily, Sakyou did not make it worse.

[ Okay. I guess they are dancing to this shanty about Miss Ruby. Dimitri very half-heartedly hums along as he catches onto the melody, which is easy, because it is the same lyric by a lot. His waltz has not suffered much over the years of disuse, but he looks very worn out by this song choice.
