SUMMER COMMON ROOM - WEEK 6

The common room is as bright and open as the rest of the dorm. Beanbag chairs and even more hammocks are situated around for any of your resting needs, because who needs couches? There are a few blankets on the couch just for comfort, but the temperature is never cold enough to need them because of chill. There's also an absurd amount of pillows.

The walls are decorated with paintings that are either modern art pieces or done by kindergarteners. There are also photographs tacked onto the walls as well, of seemingly random things like a vase of flowers, a mailbox, a bird on a tree branch. The photos are less about grand views and feels more like someone testing out a camera.

On a table is a welcome basket.

In the common room, there's a door that leads to what can only be described as an Occult Room for some strange reason. Unlike the rest of the dorm, this room is dimly lit and is crowded with items—a skeleton that may or may not be real, taxidermy animals, really creepy looking dolls, an actual coffin, etc. On a table to the side is a Ouija board, a few tarot decks, and crystal ball.

[ There is, as always, an abundance of tea and snacks.

Besides that, there is also a collection of fireworks in a box. While there's nothing that would potentially blow a body part off, there's ones like the smaller rocket styled ones, sparklers, etc. There's enough to last the whole week.

I know last night was worrisome, but I'm really indebted to you all. Thank you for looking out for me and for each other, and making this hellscape of a school a better place. Even if you all decided to just move out, I'll still consider you my Summers. I love you.

[ Adding to the collection of snacks, Mabel has dumped onto the table: more funsize candy bars! A bunch of peppermint candies! And a container of curry!

She climbs on top of one of the beanbags as a platform and wrestles with it for a few moments to get her balance on it, but once she does! Hands on her hips! Serious expression! SHE MEANS BUSINESS! ]

Alright, listen up everyone! I've been on a deep cover secret mission to infiltrate Fall dorm and figure out how they all get along and bond with each other! And it was uh, kind of unclear for the most part?

But one thing I do know they had...is pranks. Plotting pranks! Suffering from others' pranks! Pranks are the backbone of a strong dorm bond. So! I say we need to up our prank ante and start showing people what Summer's really about.

[ she grabs one of the rocket-style fireworks and pumps it up into the air. ] Now who's with me!

...oh, and the peppermint candies are from Ichinose, and the curry's from Manwol. Manwol says hi to everyone too!

[ Usually, Nier isn't into it, but... Maybe they do need fun here. Also, she's back, so he might as well go with it. ]

What were you thinking, Mabel? We can try some out against other dorms... Though I think it might be better to keep it a secret that it's us.

Well...last week, all of Fall dorm's beds and stuff got replaced with tons of bread! And a cow showed up in the common room! And then Winter dorm got filled up with orbeez...so there's lots of options!

I bet whatever we do no one will know it was us, though. No one expects a Summer prank!

Sakyou texted me and he brought up some way for our dorms to visit each other easier? Some kind of connection...

So we were thinking a tunnel.

Hey, have any of you talked to Annie lately...? I heard she got turned back into Sally for a little, but I didn't see it myself. And I tried asking her how we can help if it happens again, but she just keeps telling me not to worry about it and that it won't happen!

[ A while has passed since trial. There's a somber air to Alphinaud when he enters the common room; on a table, he sets down a sheet of paper, then steps back with another folded note in his hands. That one's for him. ]

I received a letter from Lila—'tis by her request that you all read it, as well.

[He just seems dead inside, but he reads it.]

[ Mabel's been hiding in some corner of the room, absolutely submerged in pillows, but she surfaces at the mention of Lila.

She crawls out, looking absolutely wretched, reads the letter, and then, tears gathering in her eyes and lip wibbling dangerously, runs out of sight to one of the suites ]

WEEK 6, SUNDAY

[ Well! That was something.

Anyway, whenever you all return to Summer, you will see that the table is now just covered with food. It ranges from actual meals, to desserts, and general junk food. And, like always, there is tea.

(There's also other drinks, but, also tea).

There's also a piece of paper next to it, which seems to be the usual note that's left with these. This one is blank, though, although there's random small wet spots in places. Someone may have gotten emotional and couldn't finish. ]
