In the common room, the walls have been painted with photo-like pictures of forests and lakes, and spread across the ceiling is a depiction of the night sky. One wall is lined with bookcases, the books ranging from fiction to non-fiction as well used course textbooks. More bookcases have been used to section off one corner for a study area, with a desk and chair provided.

Elsewhere, there are a few couches (one looks as though it doesn't quite belong) and chairs, most seated around a coffee table and with throw blankets tossed over them if you need the extra warmth. On the table is a bowl of healthy and semi-healthy snacks, regularly stocked. (Nearby is a garbage can.)

This week, there's something.

Past an entrance in the common room, a mini coffeehouse has been set up, with express machines for those who just want their coffee now and slightly more advanced equipment for aficionados. It offers a variety of strength levels and flavors to accommodate tastes all across the spectrum, along with a teapot and packets of caffeinated and non-caffeinated tea for those who prefer a different drink. There's a sink if you want to use your own mug, but otherwise, disposable cups are provided for you to use.

Pasted on the wall by the coffee machines is a detailed but clear handwritten guide on how to use said machines, complete with illustrations. There are also cute little doodles of Spring Dorm residents using the machines and drinking coffee, though they look as though they were done by someone else.

[malik's got one couch, and rita's got another. she's lounging with her upper body propped against the armrest (with blankets and cushions, thank you sakyou), keeping her broken leg straight. she's changed her clothes since coming back, and most of her injuries aren't immediately visible.

she seems... okay? she even nibbles on some of those provided snacks. though she keeps giving the others in the room long, thoughtful looks... literally all of you, for different reasons.]

[she's just, over here on this other couch. probably neither of them are moving from where they are.]

I'm not fussing. [huffs.] The healing took care of everything that needing taking care of. I'll be back on my feet before you know it.

Don't know about that guy, though.

[well they're both being fucking stubborn, but that is not going to keep her from asking.]

Hugo, what would it take to at least fix each of their legs.

It depends on how much damage has remained after their initial healing.

[she looks at both of them refusing to say.

[he hands her some of sakyou's tea.]

Make sure to keep yourself hydrated.

[sakyou has pain meds covered so he'll just hand malik some of the tea.]

I'm more worried about those other jerks, than anything. They're the ones who took on all the worst sacrifices... I mean, compared to me.

Three vouchers for each might help further, but I can't promise any specifics without knowing their actual injuries.

[she looks kind of surprised? even though she really shouldn't be.]

[she nods, and then just turns toward those two, voice raised slightly so she knows they can hear her.]

We'll heal both of you further regardless, but if you don't tell us what the most pressing injuries are right now, it might not be very efficient. You can take that as it is, or give us a little more detail.

I'm glad they were useful, but you don't need to thank me for that.

Fine. Heal the burns the rest of the way, if you have to do something. I got enough healing from the vouchers, I think... And I'm not poisoned anymore.

[counts on her fingers...] Luck, agility... It tried to take ten years of my life, but you know, screw that. I took the penalty instead.

[... it takes a minute to remember what that penalty involved?]

... It's really fine. [gesturing at her leg.] This was the worst of it, and I think the bone's back in one piece. You can check if you don't believe me.
