Please note that choosing to accept your invitation to Wiwaldi Academy is not optional. At this time we will not be taking questions as to the origin of your application, and you are not permitted to defer your admission, decline your invitation, or otherwise resist your attendance at the institution.

Hello everyone! Welcome to the official interest check for seasonality, an upcoming murdergame that will begin its next term on Friday, June 4th. This game is build to accommodate no more than 40 players, with an approximate run time of 6 to 8 weeks. Due to our invitation list being at cap, please do not post unless you received an invitation directly from a mod. Additional invitations will be delivered by mods as space allows.

Seasonality is set on the grounds of Wiwaldi Academy, which serves grades K-12 as well as university students and graduate students. As such, all walks of life are welcome at Wiwaldi Academy and our mission insists that we are all lifelong learners. The future you desire is in your grasp, should you take the initiative to reach out and take it. No matter the cost. It'll be worth it, we promise.

housekeeping notes!

🎓 Characters of all ages are welcome. Though it's a school setting, it's built to allow for middle school students, high school students, traditional and non-traditional college students, as well as Master's and Doctoral candidates. All characters apped will be students in the eyes of the Academy, regardless if they're 15 or 1500. If you're interested in apping anyone especially young, the mod team may seek to have a conversation with you based on game suitability. Similarly, characters of all origin, shape, or form will be welcome - so long as they can be killed. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask the mod team!

🎓 While characters did not agree to be here, we ask that all characters have something they strongly desire. Their invitation to the academy will be a response to this initiative of theirs, regardless of how close or far they are to attaining it themselves.

🎓 All canons will be capped at 3 characters max.

🎓 All powers will be nerfed upon arrival. There may be possibilities of regaining them in the future, within reason.

🎓 Characters will be sorted into factions, however these teams are not permanent. Character choice will play heavily into the plot and system of the game.

🎓 Finally, should your character be chosen to kill, they must ultimately be willing to take a life. Additional incentives will also be provided for characters who are not chosen to kill but might be pushed to doing so. As such, we encourage characters with ambition, initiative, bloodlust, or some fun combination of the three!

As a reminder, this game will run on an invite-only basis. If you received an invitation to this interest check from a mod, then you're golden! The mods for this game are Anna, Dana, Francy, and Jan. If any slots for players open up after we exhaust our initial invitation list, we will continue to disperse invitations and open up slots to +1s. Given that our invitation list is at capacity, we once again stress that all links to this interest check be delivered by mods only. Thank you!

As per always, we will be using a Discord server which you can access through here for game updates and general screaming! Even if you're undecided about joining, you're free to barge in and hang out in the peanut gallery if you ultimately can't make it. All major communication for the game will be going through the Discord, so it is mandatory for play.

so both characters I'm considering are v good for this setting: the first is Itadori Yuji from Jujutsu Kaisen and it'd be the first time I'm playing a stinky teenage boy which is a drawn all on it's own. he's a protag with mii music in his brain and he punches things, and he's so unapologetically my type it's hysterical. also he's from the same canon as mahito so that's fun. my OTHER choice is alisaie leveilleur who is a tiny, fast and furious elf twin who uses magic and is indignant 95% of the time, so you can see how she is also, my type

i think it depends on who i'm more obsessed with by the time apps come along. i could also like swerve entirely and just play beau again, and all of you will laugh at me. i refuse to play lup a third time in a row though so she's asleep
