The common room of the Fall Dorm has soft, dimmer lighting; plush carpet over wood; and several comfortable chairs and sectionals. A few big windows overlook the dormitory area of campus, but there is also a single, cozy bay window on one side.

A television and bluetooth surround-sound are here for Fall students who are more inclined to be tech savvy. In the cabinets under the entertainment stand are an assortment of board games, but the television does have a generic "free tv" app for shows and music.

Above the enormous center fireplace is a moody painting.

On one of the tables is a welcome basket.

specialty room.

Through a door on the first floor, there is an antigravity room. Stepping just a few feet through the doorway will lift everyone up into the air. The seating and most of the rest of the room remains somehow rightfully in place on the floor and will not move. Students, however, can grab pillows and blankets, cups or bowls, or other small items to bring into the air with them.

Oh, same. I'm absolutely sure mine are losing their collective minds right now.

But it'll be boring if I just went home like 'so i went somewhere else for a while and came back- but nothing happened!'

Uh...honestly, I don't know about you, but I'll take "boring" over "danger" any day.

"Exciting" trumps "Boring" but "Danger" takes the cake.

Besides, what's the fun of cowering in the corner when there's a new adventure in sight??

Maybe that's how you see things? While other people...you know, like the safety of something familiar. Not everything in life needs to be some kind of test or challenge.

It's more like....... I want to tell my friends I was strong without their support. That I could face whatever challenge awaits and didn't cower away from it.
