In the common room, the walls have been painted with photo-like pictures of forests and lakes, and spread across the ceiling is a depiction of the night sky. One wall is lined with bookcases, the books ranging from fiction to non-fiction as well used course textbooks. More bookcases have been used to section off one corner for a study area, with a desk and chair provided.

Elsewhere, there are a few couches and chairs, most seated around a coffee table and with throw blankets tossed over them if you need the extra warmth. On the table is a bowl of healthy and semi-healthy snacks, regularly stocked. (Nearby is a garbage can.)

This week, there is a welcome basket near the bowl.

Past an entrance in the common room, a mini coffeehouse has been set up, with express machines for those who just want their coffee now and slightly more advanced equipment for aficionados. It offers a variety of strength levels and flavors to accommodate tastes all across the spectrum, along with a teapot and packets of caffeinated and non-caffeinated tea for those who prefer a different drink. There's a sink if you want to use your own mug, but otherwise, disposable cups are provided for you to use.

No, not yet..... Actually, if anyone's a suspect, it's probably him.

But I'm sure he's fine, if you're worried about him. I'm planning on investigating, so I'll probably run into him.

[shaft]

[ just because it's true maya... ]

Me? I know better than to worry, but I'm sure Byleth's a wreck.

I didn't realize you all knew each other....

[ but she will report back once she has assaulted dimitri on the roof ]

Well, when I find him, I'll give him an earful for worrying Ms. Byleth. And you too, of course.

[shaft]

I'm not sure how much of an effect that'll have on him but I appreciate the sentiment.

[ He sighs, glancing at his phone. ]

I should probably head to look for him. [ ... ] Do your plans involve wandering off alone?

I can be very persuasive!

[ she'll get three whole growls in response ]

[ gives him a cheeky little grin ]

Not when I have such a reliable sidekick right here!

Wh- You mean you want to come with me?

[ she really DOES like dimitri ]

[ yes but also she assumes he won't let her go off on her own so she's just accepting it and gently teasing him ]

You were gonna follow me around anyway, weren't you?

[shaft]

Well, you are still recovering from a cold.

Maybe if I believed you wouldn't go wandering into freezing water.
