Well... practice forced upon me by responsibility, I suppose. I was expected to do things, and I don't like disappointing people, so I did them.
It was nice though, when people surprisingly found the things I said to be worthwhile.
So I think that's what felt exciting and less scary.

I feel like I'd already end up a bit saddened if Winter residents left me, even if I'm sure it'd be nothing personal.

I think that a number of us want to win - but of course we all want to make sure we're serving you too.
At least for me, I feel like my future aspirations would end very poorly if I couldn't support ten people.
