The base price for just normal armor is 7, but I can give it to you for 6. Any power, besides healing, starts at 6, so I can get that for you for 4 as the power boost.
But... the boost will only be for an hour and you can only use it once a week. You can upgrade that, which will lessen the time between uses and make it last longer, but I recommend going with the cheapest thing first.
Mmhm. But it's mostly to stop it people from like, buying back things that could potentially just kill everyone at once or something. The regulation at leasts means that it's more difficult for people to use them for... um. Bad stuff.
