well normally students dont have access to those records like once you submit an application you dont normally get to see the application again unless you saved it yourself
this is just how schools are if you do a standardized test like the ones they make you do for uni you dont get the tests back at most we can probably try to get your transcripts but that wouldnt have all the information that youre all looking for
transcripts are just records of classes you took that pertain to what you need to graduate schools usually need you to hit certain requirements of specific types of classes and you pick ones that fall under those types to get credits so a transcript just lists what you have already done and what your grade in that class was
