Yesterday had been [ well, ] an experience, for certain! The classes were all wholly new subjects, even to myself.

but i really want to check out cats now
it sounds like it was quite the experience that left a lasting impact on everyone from the things i heard

I don't believe I could ever forget it, despite how much I may try. I take it that means not all movies are like that one?

oh definitely not ! there are some real gems out there
maybe they'll show up in a film class?
but i wouldnt put them all off just because cats was a little um
eccentric

Eccentric is a kind way to put it, but I had been informed there are others out there, hopefully more suited to our general populace's taste.
On that note, Lila had wondered if there were different movies we could watch at our dormitory.

oh i can look into that
since its an exchange it might cost a voucher but i can try to see if i can manage a way where its free unless you dont mind

You need not trouble yourself so should it be an issue. At the very least I can inform Lila, and surely she would be willing to make a decision from there.

especially since i think many of u arent really use to technology so its a new experience all around

I would be one of them. From these phones to movies, I can only wonder what else will take me by surprise.

In a place such as this, I do have to wonder if that will ever occur. But I mind not, for I am never against discovering something new.

it just seems a little unfair that u have to catch up more than other people do on top of everything else

If it eases your concerns by any, this is not the first I have been to a world not mine own. Though it was not full of technological advancements such as this one, there was still much I had to learn and catch up with. Rest assured, I do believe I will be just fine.

Disorienting. It was an unwitting thing, but in the end, I daresay all that transpired was ultimately for the better.

The other. An easy phrase to mix up, though I would say that both were equally important in this instance.

i guess that's like a cruise where the final destination is a nice little island resort
if youre on a fancy enough ship the actual cruise portion might be nice and then the place u go to is also nice

If only it were like a vacation, but that is neither here nor there. I merely hope it has you worried for my sake a little less. After all, I would be loathe to be yet another burden on your already busy self.

oh well i don't mind too much
i think i prefer getting to talk to you all than the rest of the job
its why i wanted it in the first place!
to be able to be around others and help them with anything they might need

Yesterday, I had noticed I was placed on something called a "dean's list", though I confess I have little idea what it means, or what I could have possibly be done to be on it.
Mayhap you have an explanation? I am quite curious.
