You can't buy an early graduation, before you ask.
But we weren't really given a ban on broad categories, so we judge it on a case-by-case basis.

Why is that the first thing that comes to mind? But yes, you could exchange vouchers to get a turtle.

That's not a request I expected, but it'd be on the more expensive side of things. I'd estimate a week or two's worth of vouchers, unless you want an exact number right now.
