The common room of the Fall Dorm has soft, dimmer lighting; plush carpet over wood; and several comfortable chairs and sectionals. A few big windows overlook the dormitory area of campus, but there is also a single, cozy bay window on one side.

A television and bluetooth surround-sound are here for Fall students who are more inclined to be tech savvy. In the cabinets under the entertainment stand are an assortment of board games, but the television does have a generic "free tv" app for shows and music.

Above the enormous center fireplace is a moody painting.

This week, there's something else.

Through a door on the first floor, there is an antigravity room. Stepping just a few feet through the doorway will lift everyone up into the air. The seating and most of the rest of the room remains somehow rightfully in place on the floor and will not move. Students, however, can grab pillows and blankets, cups or bowls, or other small items to bring into the air with them.

Why is it always memories? [hate that for all of them. but he nods again because yeah, fair.]

Glad you're back though. What do you think we should plan for next? We're about halfway through the year, right? If you guys are able to be more lucid that has to mean we're on the right track.

It's... a long story.

[It's, like, three games of story, Taichi, sorry.]

Right. Whatever is causing all of this must be weakening. We need to find out if we can get more information. But we shouldn't give up on what we're doing either.

I don't plan on it. [he's stubborn.] Do we know what's causing all of this? Do you remember any more about how you guys got here or what happened before we showed up?

[Familiar.]

...No. As soon as the four of us got here, this place forced us to become the people we weren't. The one to fit its narrative.

How did you get here though? The same way we did?

[This makes him pause. A heavy frown appears on his face, and he looks away, brows pinched.]

Sora and I were... stuck in the darkness. I have to get back to him. I can't leave him there alone. I won't.

I don't know how I got here. Maybe it was the darkness. Maybe this is all just a trick of the darkness. But I'm finished letting the darkness control me. I'm going to find a way back to Sora.

[...he just kind of glances across the room.]

Trust me, I get it. Probably more than I thought I did. [but he nods slowly.] We'll get you back whatever it takes. Even if all I can do is spend vouchers now, if it means keeping you guys lucid long enough to make things easier that's what I'll do.

You all don't give yourself enough credit. I know we don't feel like we have a lot of answers, but you're helping how you can. And it shows.

So don't give up, even if you're frustrated. I always think the worst of situations, but... some important to me taught me I have to try looking for the good in things when it feels like the walls are closing in.

I guess that's why... he was able to wield it. His heart was always a lot stronger than mine.

People keep saying that...[and he believes it to an extent, but he sounds annoyed anyway. he stops being annoyed for like ten seconds after that though because he listens, and he thinks a little more about what riku's saying. it's not hard to guess who "he" is in this instance, based on what memory of riku's he saw.

...speaking of wielding though, he does pull out the roxas keychain and holds it out for riku to look at.]

Is that the only reason we were able to wield these things? Can we ever get them back, you think? [why is he asking riku like he knows. he just wants to establish how fucked up this place is for using people memories.]

[......oh, Roxas. Hahaha. Wow. Um. Yeah! It's fine. His brows pinch slightly. He picks up the keychain to look it over a moment before putting it back in Taichi's hand.]

Strong hearts can wield them, good or bad. All that matters is the strength of your heart.

[He offers a small, but helpless shrug.]

I don't know. Maybe. You want to wield a keyblade?

[rip, but also look at my son that you made me sad about.]

Guess that makes sense. [but he tilts his head.] I don't know though. I think I held my own pretty well and...I like the idea of having a way to defend myself and protect other people. You know that.

[He lets out a quiet, amused snort.]

Sounds familiar. You and Sora really would get along. [Weird.] I guess you're just going to have to help me put a stop to this, and then find a Keyblade Master.

Since you seem to think you've got what it takes.

I'm pretty sure I do, yeah. [it's easy to fake the confidence now that he's not dying, but yeah.]

...but we'll do everything we can to help. All four of you. Are you going to go talk to the others soon?

[Sounds like something a Sora would say.]

Yeah. I need to make sure they're... here too. We'll try to come up with a plan on where to get started. Or... what we can do now while we're not under this place's control.

Sounds like a good idea. And you'll update us as soon as you know...?

[let them help, like, immediately.]

[TAICHI, NO.]

Yeah, I will. I just can't promise we'll have anything substantial yet.

[taichi yes.]

You've seen the kind of information we have right now, right? [even non-substantial is fine.]

I know.

[looks at the sky]

We'll work on it. All we can ask is for you to keep playing along with this ridiculous game. For a little while.

I'm not gonna like it. But fine. I'll keep playing.

I need to buy some stuff from you anyway.

[That makes two of them.]

I'm still able to sell. So whenever you're ready.

[...glancing at the room at large where everyone is.]

Does it have to be today to count for your points for the--why am I asking, does that even actually matter?

[Look, it doesn't have to be a shady drug deal in front of God and everyone, Taichi.]

The Dorm Wars? I don't know... Maybe we would get our own pocket dimension.

Stupid. [nope, still don't care about the pocket dimension!] ...but okay. Cool, I'll...let you know.

[For some reason, he wants to teasingly say, "You're stupid," but a) stop, it's weird, and b) he's trying to pretend like he isn't five years old.]

Okay. Try not to do anything I wouldn't do.
