SUMMER COMMON ROOM - WEEK 5

The common room is as bright and open as the rest of the dorm. Beanbag chairs and even more hammocks are situated around for any of your resting needs, because who needs couches? There are a few blankets on the couch just for comfort, but the temperature is never cold enough to need them because of chill. There's also an absurd amount of pillows.

The walls are decorated with paintings that are either modern art pieces or done by kindergarteners. There are also photographs tacked onto the walls as well, of seemingly random things like a vase of flowers, a mailbox, a bird on a tree branch. The photos are less about grand views and feels more like someone testing out a camera.

On a table is a welcome basket.

In the common room, there's a door that leads to what can only be described as an Occult Room for some strange reason. Unlike the rest of the dorm, this room is dimly lit and is crowded with items—a skeleton that may or may not be real, taxidermy animals, really creepy looking dolls, an actual coffin, etc. On a table to the side is a Ouija board, a few tarot decks, and crystal ball.

... No, but I wouldn't be surprised with how this place is with its love for pitting friends against each other and taking memories to implant new ones.

It unsettles me more that you mentioned a voice, especially after the possession talk at the meeting.

[He thinks about it...and shakes his head.]

Are you worried? [And he seems to be asking that genuinely.] You shouldn't be...I'm just me. That voice didn't want to do anything with us. I think it was just following us around.

I don't know what to expect. [ So yeah, he's worried, but he's also easily consoled. ] This place forces so many things on us.

I don't know if I like it or not. But I guess that's what good guys like you do.
