futaba's not moving as fast as she could, still addled despite the weed aid. a hand slaps for the spear, to at least attempt to bring it up but- it's heavy and her stamina's in the red.
She's being hurt right now. The tentacles are easily sliced by the swords. Claude manages to get at one and slices clean through! Lux gets one, and the hold on Yamato loosens up enough that if she's quick, she can get him free.
Blood spills from the tentacles, and then the drops of blood seem to fly and be absorbed by Weiss, who is still floating around here but I refuse to rp him because I am not as good or as talented as Hei. Hm!

The thing is, they've angered her. They've hurt her, and her eyes flash red. She grows to an unimaginable size, and the ship can't contain her. As she grows, so does everything about her, and her tentacles smash into each and every one of them.
She can't see as she grows, and one slams into Claude, right over where he was pierced in chest, and it reopens the wound, breaks a couple of his ribs, and he goes flying into the ocean behind Claudia. Lux is hit onto the beach in a light arc, and the sand somehow cushions her to some degree. Yamato and Maya drop like dolls near her. Kon and Futaba are not as lucky and they are smashed down by tentacles onto the shore, onto compacted sand. One tentacle strikes across them and somehow reopens the cut that goes across Kon's face. Futaba can have another broken bone of Ari's choice.
Whenever they gain their bearings, the three not in the ocean can see a large mound that looks like a hand resting on the sand with a long winding tentacle that leads up towards where it looks like the head can be.
No one can see her face, but they can hear her high-pitched panicked wails.

Red spears erupt from where he is in a line, emerging across the ocean and piercing the tentacle holding him with ease. It damages Claudia, and he is dropped back into the water but much, much closer to shore, enough so he's no longer in danger of drowning.
Yamato and Maya are alive but barely. They can die any moment. Lux's sword sinks into the hand easily, blood spilling everywhere. A tentacle comes from the side to try to pierce her through the arm, if Cola doesn't have her dodge soon enough
Strength drop doubles Kon's strength and physical damage! Tentacles wind together to create a fist, and it comes to smash down on him. If he can hit it back with his doubled strength, it will rebound right back to the Shade. If he doesn't hit it right, he can be knocked over the head for his troubles with a nice concussion.
Futaba is doing her best and can have it easy for one (1) turn after being traumatized the entire time.
Everyone is working so hard, but what hurts the most is Claude's choice to use the spell on Claudia, and when the weight of it hits her, the huge body trembles and starts falling apart and it falls to the side, hitting the ground with a large crash. Limbs unwind, and the large head unravels to show where Claudia sits, cocooned. Her arms are wrapped around herself, and she's crying.

He's still a little delirious from the pain and drugs, but a moment of quiet comes and goes, where he apparently resigns himself to what needs to be done, shakily pushing himself up onto his feet so that he can stagger to where Claudia is sitting.
Assuming that he makes it without being eaten, he's going to try and put a hand on her head, patting her and guiding her to look up at him. ]
