No one is in the halls as Claude creeps to the Library. As there were no further directions, they will have to walk around in confusion for a while before they find Sally in a secluded corner near the back. In front of her are two teas, and she'll push one towards you when she spots you.

On the table next to the cups, there are a few sheets of paper. On the top one, in purple gel pen ink, there seems to be something written.

» You will have special power over the rest of the student body. This will allow you to create rules and obligations that the others will have to follow or face consequences.

» You may choose a rule or obligation that all of the student body will be subject to. A rule will be added to the student handbook, and if broken, the student will be given a punishment. An obligation is an effect that the students will be compelled to do. You can only choose one of the options each week.

» You may choose what day these things are applied. However, for rules, it cannot be added any later than Wednesday, or else it will roll over to the following week.

» You may also choose to give two students their own specific rule or obligation. You can give them either the same one or different ones, but you must choose between the two types.

You had only just died, right? So... there's a decent chance it might have grabbed you from right before you were gone gone and then just healed you enough so you wouldn't die.

[ that, or it just straight up revived him, but either way...

Now me, my body has been rotting away for years now.

This isn't my like... body. That's in a grave in Bristol.

[ she gestures between the two of them. ]

Normally, you wouldn't even be able to see me.

[shaft]

... Oh. So you're really a ghost. Not a zombie.

[departea]

[ Do I look like a zombie...?

does she smell like one?? there's slight offense, but she still thinks this is more funny than not. ]

But yes, I'm a proper ghost. Typically I can interact with other ghosts or paranormal beings-- like werewolves. But not a regular human.

[shaft]

[ He nods along... ]

... In that sense, it's very funny that you were cursed to love Manwol. Given that she works with ghosts.

[ she makes such a face. ]

Don't remind me of that. It was embarrassing enough.

Oh, at first it was just because I had unfinished business! I had to remember that my fiancé killed me, and then needed to get revenge on him. And after I completed that, when I was about to pass over, my friend Mitchell was stabbed by a psychopathic vampire and I missed my chance because we had to rush him to the hospital!

Haha, yeah. I hate him.

[ moving on. ]

My friends are... my life. George and Mitchell. And Nina. But I wouldn't even... exist, without them, so I'd do anything for them.

[shaft]

They're the reason you're still around?

[ He looks pleased! His thoughts go, I'm glad. ]

[departea]

Mmhm. Ghosts who don't pass over... you're basically only connected to the world by an anchor. It can be a place or a person. Mine's my house, and my friends, so as long as I have either one of those I can still exist.

[shaft]

Your bonds transcend death, hm...

[ Peers at her. ]

Do you have a dream, ANnie?

[departea]

A dream...?

Nothing that fancy. I just want to make it back home. That's all.

[shaft]

And just be with your friends, I take it?

[departea]

[ if i even still can

but she nods her head. ]

I guess. There isn't much I can do as a ghost. I can't really have like, a life, in the sense that people tend to think of it. But I can have a house, and my tea.

[shaft]

[ That's concerning. ]

So you can drink tea back home?

[departea]

Nope!

[shaft]

[ Tries not to laugh. ]

Just the rhythm of making it then.

It's just a very human action. You make your tea, and you sit with it, and you then go about your day.

I don't sleep or anything, so I have a lot of time to waste, and... it's good for a lot of things.

[shaft]

Yeah, I can see your point.

I wonder if I'll be a ghost if I go back to Fódlan. You should give me tips on how to pass the time.

[departea]

... if we get the wishes, you can just wish to not die, I think. I'd prefer it if you survived.
