SUMMER COMMON ROOM - WEEK 3

The common room is as bright and open as the rest of the dorm. Beanbag chairs and even more hammocks are situated around for any of your resting needs, because who needs couches? There are a few blankets on the couch just for comfort, but the temperature is never cold enough to need them because of chill. There's also an absurd amount of pillows.

The walls are decorated with paintings that are either modern art pieces or done by kindergarteners. There are also photographs tacked onto the walls as well, of seemingly random things like a vase of flowers, a mailbox, a bird on a tree branch. The photos are less about grand views and feels more like someone testing out a camera.

On a table is a welcome basket.

In the common room, there's a door that leads to what can only be described as an Occult Room for some strange reason. Unlike the rest of the dorm, this room is dimly lit and is crowded with items—a skeleton that may or may not be real, taxidermy animals, really creepy looking dolls, an actual coffin, etc. On a table to the side is a Ouija board, a few tarot decks, and crystal ball.

... but there's a lot going on I'm not aware of, so that could be the case.

What about the other dormitory heads? What are their names?

Ah, well, Viola is Iris, Luke is Riku, and Chad is Hugo.

How long have you all been trapped here together...?

We were only here a few weeks longer than you guys. But we were compelled immediately.

That's terrible. So you were always in the same boat as us.

Where are you from, then? Not here.

Oh, I'm from Earth.

[ her expression gets a little fond. ]

But it's a city called Bristol in England. It's very... well. It was my home.

[Oh, another Earth person. she nods.]

And you've always liked tea?

Oh, yes, that's definitely a me thing!

A couple of things about Sally are similar...

Was there anything fabricated?

A few things... but that was mostly so that it would be able to insert things into life here that wouldn't have worked back on Earth.

Do you think it will try and... re-integrate you, now?

... I don't know.

But I don't think we should let our guard down.

[she nods.]

If anything, it's more of a reason to keep an eye out.

[ she nods ]

It feels a little too easy, yeah.

Do you know who abducted you? Or if there is a who?

No, we have no idea who's actually in charge of this place.

Whoever is in charge of the signboard during the trials.

I suppose we're no closer to that.

As of now, no.

But... we're bound to figure it out.
