I don't know much that can help you... but there isn't that much in the way of security, since it's mostly scientists. You'll need an ID card to get inside, or you can go in through the chimney—that's how I escaped.

He always looked like he hated it, and he had a power that... helped us, when our skin was rotting, and things like that. I think the director convinced him to become one of the experiment subjects, to take some of the focus off of us.

She does have some control over them, though, so if she wills it, she can make them stop trying to attack Yamato (or the deer corpse), oops.]

As for the lab itself, its door is clearly locked by some kind of scanner. The building also has a chimney; the lack of smoke suggests it's not in use right now.

There is no tree, vines, or ladder, so it looks like you'll have to scale the building the old-fashioned way. However, there are conveniently placed crates that you can try to hide behind, RPG-style, if you want to make your way to the back of the building, where there might be no guards and you can take your time trying to climb a floor or two]
