FALL COMMON ROOM - WEEK 6

The common room of the Fall Dorm has soft, dimmer lighting; plush carpet over wood; and several comfortable chairs and sectionals. A few big windows overlook the dormitory area of campus, but there is also a single, cozy bay window on one side.

A television and bluetooth surround-sound are here for Fall students who are more inclined to be tech savvy. In the cabinets under the entertainment stand are an assortment of board games, but the television does have a generic "free tv" app for shows and music.

Above the enormous center fireplace is a moody painting.

This week, there's something else.

specialty room.

Through a door on the first floor, there is an antigravity room. Stepping just a few feet through the doorway will lift everyone up into the air. The seating and most of the rest of the room remains somehow rightfully in place on the floor and will not move. Students, however, can grab pillows and blankets, cups or bowls, or other small items to bring into the air with them.

[... Sir. Ichinose just stares while she watches him dart under a bed, probably on her way out of the bathroom.]

[It's fine! He's just vibing under the bed. Though he does peek out at Ichinose too, like he's waiting to see her reaction.]

[Her reaction is that she's staring at him, slowly blinking.]

Lalli-san, what are you doing?

She jumps on the bed.]

[He yelps as he rolls to the side.]

Ichinose!

[txt]

Hm? What's wrong? I thought there was no chance of a sneak attack!

[silentscout]

It's not a sneak attack! I know it's you!

[He flips onto his back and kicks up into the mattress above him.]

[txt]

It's totally a— whoa!

[BOING. She is bouncing up and flopping back down.]

[silentscout]

[This is going to end with the bed collapsing on them isn't it?]

[txt]

[Depends on how much they want Riku to kill them.

Is Lalli going to keep kicking?]

[silentscout]

[Nah he'll stop if she stops jumping.]

[txt]

[She ain't bouncing as long as he ain't kicking.]

[silentscout]

[They are in a standoff over bed destruction then.]

...

[He grabs a cherry from the bowl Riku left behind and tosses it up onto the bed, in Ichinose's general direction.]

[The cheery lands on her her, and she stares at it for a second before popping it into her mouth. Hmm, fruity.]

... Hey, Lalli-san?

[silentscout]

[He's still under the bed, but.]

Mmm?

[txt]

... Don't do what you did tonight again. Had things gone differently, you could be on your way to the daycare right now.

[silentscout]

[He wants to argue and say that they were told to protect the guilty, that it's their job to do exactly what he did. But he doesn't have it in him to argue anymore. Especially not with people lecturing him.]

Mmm. Okay.

[Honestly, she's mostly :/// that he was so obvious about it.

But with that, she just keeps laying on this bed and staring at the ceiling. Good talk!]

[ groaning from the attacking from both ends ]
