SPRINGLE - WEEK 0

common room.
In the common room, the walls have been painted with photo-like pictures of forests and lakes, and spread across the ceiling is a depiction of the night sky. One wall is lined with bookcases, the books ranging from fiction to non-fiction as well used course textbooks. More bookcases have been used to section off one corner for a study area, with a desk and chair provided.
Elsewhere, there are a few couches and chairs, most seated around a coffee table and with throw blankets tossed over them if you need the extra warmth. On the table is a bowl of healthy and semi-healthy snacks, regularly stocked. (Nearby is a garbage can.)
This week, there is a welcome basket near the bowl.
specialty room.
Past an entrance in the common room, a mini coffeehouse has been set up, with express machines for those who just want their coffee now and slightly more advanced equipment for aficionados. It offers a variety of strength levels and flavors to accommodate tastes all across the spectrum, along with a teapot and packets of caffeinated and non-caffeinated tea for those who prefer a different drink. There's a sink if you want to use your own mug, but otherwise, disposable cups are provided for you to use.
Please use this as an open post for members of Spring Dorm. You may post top-levels whenever you'd like and go wild. A new post will go up at the start of each week.

I have my own suspicions about the true nature of this place but I think what the premise of getting a wish is a motive... if we can somehow prove thatâs not real, maybe people would be dissuaded from murder?
no subject
Honestly... none of this makes sense.
no subject
But I donât think this place is real so I donât think the wishes are either.
[He says this with such conviction???]

But that's what's weird, right? From his wounds, it looked like she went berserk on him. If she had that in her, why didn't we see anything like that today, when her life was on the line?

What did I say about possession? [IT IS STILL POSSIBLE AND NOW HE IS EVEN MORE CONVINCED.]

She wouldn't tell me, but she hoped killing Hiyori would be worth it for that.

Supposedly she bought the pole with a voucher, so...one of the dorm heads had to have known something was going to happen. Right?

I don't even know who to ask at this point.

...
I mean... it... might be possible that she was influenced by something.

I don't know about Thursday, but there's no other explanation about today. They were both fighting when they didn't want to.
[so it had to be an outside influence. didn't it?]

Just what I've heard through someone else, but she seemed clear that the Dorm Heads and the Bear didn't play a part in it. Don't know how much I believe that either. Suppose it's out there with a grain of salt.

S'what I said. Bit hard to prove, of course. Easy enough to go well there's something bigger to almost everything. Though it makes sense with their apparent lack of understanding anything that goes on here.
